The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of treatment. Our office staff will be happy to explain our fees and polices when you call for your appointment. Drs. Zicarelli, Resnick & Gallin do not participate in any insurance plans but our staff will be happy to fill out your forms for prompt reimbursement.  Dr. Pruss and Dr. Linenberg, however do participate in a number of popular insurance plans. Whomever you see we are confident that you will receive the finest quality care.
